This refund policy applies to Framekit and its published services, including custom framing and related products.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for products that are defective or not as described. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition.

Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged upon receipt.

Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. Cancellations are accepted before the framing process begins.
